Biggest loser- THE FIRST DAY

Great job everyone participating in the biggest loser contest!!! Today was our first REAL workout and I didn't make it easy for you:-) Remember to stick to your diet and no excuses for missing class tomorrow! Also, make sure you are drinking LOTS of water to rehydrate after that sweaty class. Hope you had a great workout!
